How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

1. Please email sales@ftpaints.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a returns number.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.

4. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package.

5. For exchanges on wrongly ordered goods the customer must pay for return shipping costs.

Return Exceptions:

All liquid based products cannot be returned if opened. These include hardeners, thinners, lacquers, primers, polishes and compounds.

Any paint colour that has been mixed especially for you is Non-Returnable.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

We also do not refund the original shipping or return costs that you paid on the order.

Shortages

All storages or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of order date.
