Delivery Information

Due to the nature of some of our products we must use a specialist courier for transportation of goods, our chosen delivery partner is Fedex.

• Fedex offers a nationwide, next working day delivery service for most of the U.K. Mainland and a 2 working day service on hard to reach areas, i.e. Highland Scotland & Off-Shore Islands.
• Our deliveries will only be delivered Monday to Friday.
• Next working day delivery is charged at £5.50 on all U.K. (ZONE DA) Mainland orders under £60.00 (Including VAT)

Due to the pandemic, we can currently not guarantee our next day delivery but will try our best to get you your goods within the correct time period.

• Orders received over £150.00 (excluding VAT) will be sent carriage paid (U.K. Mainland only)
• We aim to dispatch all in stock orders received before 1.00pm on the same business day.
• There will be times when we are out of stock of particular stock lines so should you require your items urgently please call our sales line on 07803 300769 and a member of staff will happily check physical stock levels for you.
• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email confirmation.
• You will be able to track your delivery on-line using the Fedex Tracking Number which can be obtained by calling one of our workers.

Van Delivery :

• At FTPaints we offer a van delivery option free of charge covering a miles radius of 5 miles from our CV6 7NB Coventry Branch, our van service works on a 3 deliveries per day, minimum order for van delivery is £60.00 (Including VAT) .

Restrictions:

• We are unable to ship any of our products outside of the United Kingdom.
• We are unable to send any liquid or aerosol goods to any of the Off-Shore Islands within the United Kingdom due to Dangerous Goods regulations.
• We are unable to send any of our products to The Channel Islands due to zero vat transactions.

Collections:

• If you live locally to us (Coventry) and would like to collect your order please select the ‘Local Pickup (Coventry)’ shipping option.

Alternative delivery address:

• We will only ship to an alternative address if the address supplied is a recognized business.
• Banks will not guarantee funds on deliveries made to addresses differing from the billing details held by them.
